Where is the Yoga Studio?
My yoga classes take place at Manor Walk Wellness (14-16 Manor Walk, Market Harborough, LE16 9BP. Situated in the heart of Market Harborough, the studio is easily accessible and offers a welcoming environment for all.
For your convenience, there are both short- and long-stay parking options near the studio, with The Commons Car Park being the closest. Additionally, free 2-hour parking bays can be found on Roman Way. If you’re using public transport, the studio is just a short walk from local bus stops, making it easily accessible however you choose to travel.

How much do the yoga classes cost?
- Pay as you go: £10.00
- Class packages: 4-pack £36 (£9 per class)
Do I need prior experience to join your yoga classes?
Absolutely not! I welcome individuals of all experience levels, including beginners, to my yoga classes. I make sure to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable. I’ll also provide modifications to suit your individual needs.
What age groups are your yoga classes designed for?
My yoga classes are thoughtfully designed for adults aged 18 and over. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, I tailor the practice to suit different abilities and stages of life, ensuring each participant feels comfortable and supported. If you have specific needs or concerns, feel free to reach out, and I’ll help you find the best approach for your practice.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
I encourage you to bring your own mat for hygiene reasons and personal comfort. If you don’t have one, don’t worry! The studios does have mats available to use during the class.
What can I expect in a typical yoga class?
Each class I teach is thoughtfully designed to include a mix of gentle stretches, strengthening poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation. The intensity and style can vary, so feel free to check the class description or talk to me directly to find what works best for you.
Are your yoga classes for both men and women?
Yes, my classes are open to everyone! Both men and women are welcome to join and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
What is the typical class size?
The maximum class size is 8, but most classes usually have between 3 and 5 people.
What should I wear to yoga class?
Wear something comfortable and breathable that lets you move easily. I suggest choosing clothing that isn’t too tight or too loose, so you can stretch and move freely without distraction. I would also recommend wearing a few layers to keep you warm during the winter months.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, below is my yoga class cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations and No-Shows:
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time.
- Cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance:
- Paid students may reschedule their class at no extra charge.
- Students using a discount code will retain their code for a future class (one reschedule permitted).
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before or no-shows:
- Paid students won’t be eligible for a refund
- Students using a discount code will forfeit their discounted class (discount cannot be reused).
2. Refund Policy:
- No refunds are offered for late cancellations or no-shows.
- If the class is canceled by the instructor (me), students may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future class.
3. Emergencies:
I understand emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please reach out – accommodations may be made at my discretion.
